Making banking cool and relevant is not easy. But I was able to bring some life to an old banking institution through the #hashtaglunchbag campaign and help launch a small non-profit become global. I was a constant nagging force reminding Wells Fargo that banking is not just for the rich and white. It should be treated like a lifestyle brand - something we align with that enhances our dreams and how we move on a daily basis.
